General Information About Scarlett
I waited for Scarlett for 3 years because I wanted to have a blue rat terrier. She has truly been a blessing in my life. She is very loyal, loving and has a personality like no other. She is an excellent mother and has had outstanding litters. She is more laid back than the others but loves to run and play too.
